I’m Kate.

I help you reconnect with your body in a way that creates real, lasting change.

As a certified somatic coach, I blend nervous system science with deep body-based practices to help you access the empowerment and wellness that’s already within you.

My work is gentle, evidence-informed, and rooted in respect for your body’s own wisdom. You are in the driver’s seat, and I am right there with you—attuned, present, and guiding the whole process.

We work together using somatic techniques, including breath, sensation tracking, and movement to gently unwind stored patterns.
